Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations. You will direct a team to ensure safety, accuracy, productivity and teamwork, and monitor work assignments to meet production goals.

The role requires lifting, moving goods with forklifts, maintaining records, and coordinating with the Operations Manager. Strong leadership and computer literacy are essential for success in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years distribution/production environment experience or equivalent
• Must be computer literate
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems preferred
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of computerized inventory control system preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct workers on team to ensure safety, accuracy, productivity and teamwork
• Coordinate daily workflow and resolve routine questions
• Lead and participate in routine work assigned to temporary workers
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
• Load/unload/move/stack product and materials using forklift or power equipment
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships
