Job summary

LOGISTEED America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities and drive team performance.

You will monitor workflow, uphold inventory accuracy, and support customer service interactions with internal and external customers. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in logistics or manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong attention to detail, and solid knowledge of safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year fast-paced logistics or manufacturing experience, automotive preferred.
• 1 year lead or supervisor experience.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet KPIs and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct periodic physical counts.
• Coordinate with management and customers to ensure smooth workflows.
• Train and mentor other warehouse staff in scanning, put-away, and order processing.
