Job summary

ID Logistics is seeking a Team Leader to manage and organize a shift in our warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, and customer adherence to procedures. You will lead a small team, plan workloads, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of team leadership experience, with training in transport and logistics, and a general understanding of health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• A-level to 2 years of study in higher education or equivalent.
• Training in transport, logistics and management.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership function.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and controls teamwork, defines clear rules with clear objectives and expectations.
• Communicates on the road map and the final goals, knows their team members and motivates them.
• Sets up periodic communication/monitoring of activity and objectives.
• Encourages and supports the team with feedback, recognition and training as required.
• Promotes process improvement and innovation within their scope.
• Maintains regular communication with the customer and coordinates execution of specific requirements.
• Analyzes equipment checklists and ensures corrective actions are taken.
• Audits and ensures workplace is organized per procedures.
• Provides and monitors KPIs and ensures info flow between team and management.

Education
