Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead III in Greenville, SC. You will guide a team, enforce safety practices, and coordinate inbound/outbound processes using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse environments and 1+ year in supervision, plus forklift and power tool experience. OT flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience, if position requires forklift operation.
• Experience with material handling.
• Working knowledge of scanning equipment and internal database tracking systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Must pass CBPS safety training and equipment handling procedures.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all employees and activities operate within designated safety standards.
• Assist team with warehouse processes or system issues.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) for inbound/outbound shipping and inventory tracking.
• Operate powered tool equipment including forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, reach truck, etc.
• Stage products and prepare shipments; load and unload shipments.
• Record shipment data, weights, charges, and space availability.
• Assist in Kaizen events and with weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing charges.
• Handle hazardous materials.
• Maintain logs of shipments and report damages or discrepancies.
• Follow CBPS safety practices and participate in safety culture.
• Perform additional shift responsibilities as assigned.
