Canon Business Process Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse and distribution functions during the shift, ensuring a safe, organized and efficient operation in collaboration with other support departments.

The role emphasizes strong supervisory experience (7+ years in warehousing), advanced Excel and ERP/WMS skills, and the ability to train staff, manage safety, and communicate across teams to maintain KPI targets and operational excellence.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Computer literate; proficient with Windows-based programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel for charts, reports, and spreadsheets.
• ERP/WMS systems working knowledge required.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Ability to work well in teams and communicate effectively.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains day-to-day communications with department supervisors and managers.
• Initiates communication and problem solving with regard to customer concerns.
• Assists in recruiting new employees and administering HR policies including safety and performance evaluations.
• Train new hires and existing employees on warehouse functions and safety procedures.
• Monitor and ensure quality and productivity standards are met by staff.
• Schedule and delegate assignments; monitor progress and staff workload.
• Maintain inventory controls and accurate receiving/shipping records.
• Manage budget and control expenses; assist with staff payroll and site billing.
