Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead II in Greenville, SC. Under supervision, you will guide a team, ensure productivity, and uphold safety standards across warehouse operations.

You will utilize WMS for shipments and inventory tracking, operate power tools including forklift equipment, and participate in cycle counts and daily reporting to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years warehouse/distribution/manufacturing experience.
• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience.
• 1+ year forklift experience if required.
• Experience with material handling and scanning equipment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety standards are followed for all employees and activities.
• Assist team with warehouse processes and system issues.
• Use WMS to manage inbound/outbound shipments and inventory tracking.
• Operate power tools and equipment as needed.
• Complete monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity.
