Job summary

Canon Business Process Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to guide a shift, enforce safety, and drive productivity. You will oversee the team, coordinate with the Site Supervisor, and ensure accurate warehouse operations.

You will use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inbound/outbound processes, operate power tools, stage and ship goods, and maintain logs. Prior supervisory experience and forklift familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience.
• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• 1 year forklift experience if forklift operation is required.
• Experience with material handling and powered tool equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards for all employees and activities.
• Assist team with warehouse processes or system issues.
• Use WMS to manage inbound/outbound shipping and inventory tracking.
• Operate powered tools (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklift, cherry picker, clamp, reach truck).
• Stage products and prepare shipments; load/unload as needed.
• Record shipment data and maintain logs; report damages or discrepancies.
• Support Kaizen events and weekly cycle counts for inventory integrity.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports for billing.
• Adhere to CBPS safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Additional shift responsibilities as assigned.
