Job summary

Canon-Business-Process-Services in Greenville, SC seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the distribution department during shift, ensuring safe, organized and efficient operations. You will lead teams, enforce safety policies, manage inventory, and drive improvements while coordinating with support functions.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 7 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Windows and Excel.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains day-to-day communications with department supervisors and managers.
• Initiates problem solving for customer concerns.
• Assists in recruiting, HR policies and procedures including safety and training.
• Trains new hires and staff on warehouse operations and safety.
• Monitors KPI performance and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manages budget and controls expenses.
• Oversees manifests and outbound shipments, and ensures accurate loading and receiving.
• Reviews and signs off on manifests for outgoing shipments.
• Ensures accurate sequencing of picking/shipping and inbound/outbound quality.
