Canon Business Process Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to guide a shift, ensure safety, and optimize warehouse operations. You will supervise staff, coordinate inbound and outbound processes, and work with the WMS to track inventory.

The role requires forklift experience, strong communication, and a focus on accuracy and safety. On-site position in Greenville, SC with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience.
• 1+ year forklift experience if position requires forklift operations.
• Experience operating power tool equipment (e.g., cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack).
• Material handling experience required.
• Knowledge of scanning equipment and internal database tracking.
• Must pass CBPS Safety Training and handling procedures.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification if needed.
• Strong focus on safety and OSHA compliance.
• Proficient in basic MS Office 365.
• Authorized to work in USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all employees follow safety standards and procedures.
• Assist team with warehouse processes or system issues.
• Use WMS to manage inbound/outbound shipping and inventory tracking.
• Operate powered equipment like forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, reach truck.
• Stage products for shipment and load/unload shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment data and logs.
• Support Kaizen events and weekly cycle counts.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports for billing.
