Job summary

Canon Business Process Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Warehouse Water Spider III to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. You will handle bills of lading, assist with loading, and verify shipment accuracy while maintaining logs and safety procedures.

The role requires forklift experience, ERP/WMS proficiency, and the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year forklift experience.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience in inventory management or production.
• ERP/WMS intermediate user.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving and production operations.
• Experience operating power tool equipment including cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack.
• Previous material handling experience required.
• Must know how to operate a forklift.
• Working knowledge of scanning equipment, internal database tracking, dolls/carts.
• Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work overtime & meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with KANBAN processing.
• Assist with put away of received items.
• Assist with auditing material locations.
• May provide cross functional support in other depts.
• Operate equipment including forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, and other power tool equipment.
• Assist in handling materials from receiving area to designated bin locations.
• Facilitate outbound shipments with proper packing and 3rd party services.
• Fulfill orders ready for shipment via will call, delivery or install.
• Allocate product to racks, shelves or bins by size/type/brand/product code.
• Assist weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, space availability.
• Receive and unpack materials and supplies.
• Report damages and discrepancies for reimbursement or re-shipment.
• Maintain logs of shipments in/out.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing.
