Canon Business Process Services in Greenville, SC is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead III to guide a team, ensure safety and productivity, and coordinate with the Site Supervisor and Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, utilizing WMS for inbound/outbound tasks, forklift handling, cycle counts, packing, and reporting. Requires a high school diploma, 4+ years in warehousing, and 1+ year supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Supervisory or Lead experience.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience, if position requires forklift or powered-truck operation.
• Experience operating power tool equipment (e.g., cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all employees and activities are operating within designated safety standards.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to facilitate inbound and outbound shipping and inventory tracking.
• Operate powered tool equipment including forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker, reach truck, etc.
• Stage products and load/unload shipments.
• Assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity.
