Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff on the shift, managing shipping, receiving, stocking and inventory while ensuring safety, quality, and GMP compliance across the Bloomingdale 391 and 395 facilities.

The role requires strong leadership, prior supervisory experience, and familiarity with lean practices to improve throughput.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or 3+ years related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior lead/supervisory experience in an operations environment required.
Experience in lean operations including 5S and lean practices helpful.
Intermediate Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned area(s) including workflow and staff management.
Supervises outbound shipments and materials handling to meet GMP and safety standards.
Prepares shipping/receiving documents and reports; maintains traceability records.
Manages stocking, storage and rotation of finished goods and packing supplies.
Provides materials to Production and other departments and verifies proper reconciliation.
Ensures safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices are followed.
