Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide daily operations across Receiving at Bloomingdale facilities. You will supervise shifting tasks, coordinate training, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience with PIT equipment, inventory control, and lean practices, with a focus on mentoring staff and achieving department goals. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• Additional post-secondary education and prior team leadership preferred.
• Experience operating Turret trucks, Dock Stockers, Powered Pallet Jacks, Dock Plates and other raised platform vehicles.
• Experience in warehousing/manufacturing environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all areas in the Warehouse including unloading, receiving, and shipping, and coordinates material flow to contract manufacturers.
• Monitors shift performance and efficiency; recommends changes to increase productivity and safety.
• Leads training and development of employees; mentors new and existing staff; ensures training is up to date.
• Develops and writes SOPs, Work Instructions, and One Point Lessons for department tasks.
• Operates warehouse machinery (PIT) safely and proficiently; supports cross-functional teams to meet production schedules.
