Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a weekend evening shift lead for the Bloomingdale, IL warehouse. You will mentor the Receiving team, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency across all warehouse functions.

You will develop training plans, write procedures, and work with supervisors to optimize performance while maintaining adherence to safety and cGMP guidelines. Weekend schedule and cross‑facility responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1 year related experience.
• Post-secondary education and prior team leadership preferred.
• PIT license and PIT trainer certification required.
• Experience in warehousing/manufacturing, food or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement knowledge encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive shipments and transport to manufacturing; prepare outbound shipments.
• Monitor shift performance and efficiency; adjust to meet goals.
• Collaborate with leads and teams to improve safety, quality and methods.
• Mentor employees; reinforce training plans and company culture.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions and one‑point lessons.
• Operate warehouse machinery (PIT) safely and proficiently.
• Review paperwork and coordinate with Quality Control and inventory.
• Communicate with other departments to meet production schedules.
