Job summary

NOW Health Group INC. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the shift team in Bloomingdale, IL, coordinating daily activities across Packaging and Processing. You will ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive KPIs while maintaining GMP compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling coordination, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with other departments to meet production goals. Prior supervisory experience in a GMP environment and strong Lean skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or at least three years' related experience in a GMP environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience in a GMP environment is required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing including 5S and Lean Practices is helpful.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned area(s) including workflow and staff assignments.
• Coordinates with scheduling to ensure daily production schedules are met.
• Produces and reviews daily production reports for adherence and efficiency.
• Ensures KPIs are met or exceeded and monitors productivity daily.
• Collaborates with other departments to secure supplies and equipment needed for schedules.
• Leads root cause analysis and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
