Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, ensuring efficient material flow to contract manufacturers, and maintaining inventory accuracy while developing team capabilities and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education and prior team leadership experience preferred.
• PIT license and PIT trainer certification required.
• Experience in warehousing or manufacturing, preferably food or pharmaceuticals.
• Lean principles and continuous improvement knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and receives shipments; transports product to manufacturing; prepares outbound shipments.
• Monitors shift performance and efficiency; recommends changes to improve efficiency and safety.
• Leads training and development of employees; mentors team members and ensures training.
• Writes SOPs, work instructions, and one-point lessons for warehouse tasks.
