Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead at the Bloomingdale, IL facility to oversee Receiving operations and ensure timely material flow to contract manufacturers. You will supervise a team, assign tasks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include training, safety enforcement, SOP development, and coordination with other departments to meet production schedules. A PIT license and prior warehousing experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or equivalent
• Post-secondary education and prior team leadership strongly preferred
• Experience operating PIT trucks and other warehouse equipment required
• Experience in warehousing/manufacturing environment, preferably food or pharmaceuticals
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement preferred

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive shipments; transport product to manufacturing; prepare outbound shipments
• Monitor shift performance and drive efficiency to meet daily goals
• Lead training and development of team members; reinforce policies and culture
• Develop and write SOPs, work instructions, and one-point lessons
• Coordinate with supervisors to assign tasks and optimize warehouse processes
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
