Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Warehouse Team Member at our Bloomingdale, IL facility. You will participate in dock utility, LTL, stocking and receiving functions, ensuring accurate material handling and efficient shipping processes.

Key responsibilities include safety and GMP compliance, accurate documentation, and collaborating with multiple shifts. Prior warehouse experience with pallet jacks and RF scanners is preferred, with a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; GMP knowledge preferred.
• Experience operating turret trucks, dock stockers and pallet jacks.
• Experience in GMP and distribution environment is desirable.
• Certification in at least one of the five listed areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Accurately and truthfully completes all required documentation.
• Complies with safety requirements, GMP requirements, and SOPs/WIs for the work area.
• Unloads, inspects, puts away materials and collaborates across shifts and departments.
• Palletizes, picks, packs, and ships orders using Oracle and RF scanning systems.
