Job summary

NOW Health Group INC seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily activities in Bloomingdale, IL packaging/processing facilities. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring tasks align with NOW policies. The role requires coordinating schedules and guiding the team across shifts on 391 and 395 facilities.

You will monitor KPI performance, partner with other departments, and champion continuous improvement while coaching team members for optimal results in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree OR at least three years' related GMP experience.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Prior lead/supervisory experience in GMP preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing experience (5S) helpful.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and monitors day-to-day operation of assigned area for efficiency.
• Coordinates scheduling and communicates daily production schedule.
• Produces and reviews daily production reports and KPI data.
• Ensures safety and quality policies, GMP compliance, and labeling standards.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to meet production needs.
• Supports continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
