Job summary

NOW Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the weekend evening shift in Bloomingdale, IL. The role supervises warehouse staff across shifts, ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and stocking.

You will manage inventories, document flows, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards, coordinating with production and other departments. The supervisor will prepare reports, verify material counts, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining positive employee

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or at least three years related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior lead/supervisory experience in an operations environment required
• Experience in lean operations including 5S and lean practices helpful
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills required

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned area, ensuring workflow and efficient operations
• Supervises outbound shipments and storage per GMP
• Prepares shipping/receiving documents and bills of lading
• Maintains material traceability and quality records
• Ensures safety, quality, and proper compliance across shifts
• Coordinates with Production and other departments to supply materials and resolve issues
• Maintains KPI performance and drives continuous improvement
