Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our site in Fort Lauderdale. You will oversee drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors, allocate labor, and ensure on-time package delivery while upholding Fetch standards.

You will work with the Warehouse Manager to execute daily plans, coach staff, and maintain a safe, efficient operation that delivers an outstanding resident experience every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations
• Experience supervising or leading a team preferred
• Comfort with technology platforms to manage workflow

Responsibilities

• Execute opening/closing procedures and oversee daily warehouse operations
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings with drivers and associates
• Allocate labor based on volume and priorities
• Provide direct feedback on performance and coach staff
• Train associates on standard operating procedures and safety
• Coordinate with independent contractors and manage onboarding
• Use Fetch WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow and KPIs
• Maintain access control and reconcile devices
• Resolve customer experience tickets and escalate when needed
• Foster a safety-focused culture and ensure incident reporting
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and properly equipped
• Serve as on-site contact for residents, vendors, and agencies
• Identify operational barriers and support continuous improvement
