Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution activities to help meet customer demands.
• Train associates on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Assist in forklift operation and certification for new and existing associates.
• Oversee unloading, stacking, picking and staging of shipments; verify paperwork with drivers.
• Load orders efficiently according to doors and trailers; ensure procedures follow SOPs.
• Communicate professionally with customers; prepare activity reports for site management.
• Ensure quality control by using documentation to verify products/orders meet standards and report damages.
