Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all operational activities under the direction of the Operations Supervisor.
• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, receiving, picking, and shipping with accurate paperwork.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service standards are met.
• Maintain compliance with ISO, OSHA, and company policies.
