Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in logistics/distribution.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE).
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, picking, staging and loading of shipments; verify paperwork.
• Maintain professional appearance and communications with customers as needed.
• Verify orders meet quality standards; report damages; document issues.
• Follow safety protocols; keep area clean; follow SOPs and OSHA/MSDS rules.
• Assist in scheduling and workforce planning; track production hours.
• Operate and maintain forklift and other equipment; ensure certification.
• Support building and equipment maintenance.
