You will collaborate with transportation and customer service teams, mentor staff, and drive process improvements while upholding company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics; 1–2 years in leadership.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with staff and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel: assign tasks, monitor performance, provide guidance.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of goods per policy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and staff trained on SOPs.
• Troubleshoot inventory, equipment, or personnel issues.
• Collaborate with transportation and customer service for smooth operations.
• Participate in process improvements to reduce costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
