Job summary

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year logistics experience, forklift/MHE certification, and strong attention to detail and communication skills. Evening/weekend flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• Able to operate forklift and MHE in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution activities.
• Oversee unloading, picking, and staging of inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate shipping paperwork and verify with drivers.
• Ensure product quality, labeling, and documentation adherence.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and compliance with SOPs.
• Direct warehouse team and assist with labor management and scheduling.
