Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Team Lead, Warehouse in the USA. You will coordinate daily warehouse activities, guide a designated team, and ensure efficient, accurate handling of goods with a strong focus on safety and policy adherence.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of logistics experience, 2-3 years forklift experience, and a current MHE certification. MS Office and WMS knowledge is a plus; a proactive approach and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

Must possess a High school diploma or GED.
1 year experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
2-3 years forklift experience expected.
Current or prior MHE (material handling equipment) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a warehouse team in daily operations across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
Assign and monitor tasks to ensure productivity and safety compliance.
Train new and existing associates on SOPs including shipping, receiving and quality control.
Coach team members and communicate issues to Supervisor or Manager.
Ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to safety policies.
