Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in logistics/distribution experience.
• Able to operate material handling equipment (MHE).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates in distribution tasks.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments and verify paperwork.
• Load orders accurately and in accordance with SOPs.
• Communicate with customers professionally by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure product quality through proper documentation and labeling.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and OSHA/MSDS compliance.
• Direct warehouse team and coordinate schedules.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely and maintain certification.
