Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 2-3 years forklift experience.
• Current or prior MHE certification.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in daily tasks.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Load orders efficiently according to doors and trailers.
• Research discrepancies in shipping and receiving processes.
• Train new and existing associates on SOPs including shipping, receiving, picking, and quality control.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Escalate operational issues to Supervisor/Manager as needed.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and PPE; uphold safety policies.
• Perform regular quality and inventory checks to minimize errors.
