Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in logistics, distribution, or related environment.
• Forklift certification; ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Able to work in warehouse conditions with varying temperatures and noise.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new and existing associates on distribution tasks and SOPs.
• Oversee unloading, counting, picking, staging, and loading of shipments.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and document activities for site management.
• Ensure product and orders meet quality standards and report discrepancies.
