Job summary

TA Services is seeking a warehouse–operations associate for the 1st shift (6AM–2:30PM) to lead daily order processing and coordinate with internal teams and customers. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely execution, and a safe, collaborative work environment.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of equivalent work experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel).
• Experience using ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Strong document control, data entry, and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily order processing activities to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding order status and priorities.
• Organize and prioritize workload to meet operational and customer needs.
• Ensure documentation and system entries are accurate and completed on time.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and a positive work environment on the warehouse floor.
