Job summary

PLA Supply Chain Services is seeking a Team Leader to guide our warehouse team toward meeting production goals while ensuring safety and compliance. You will work with facility management to align the team with common objectives.

As a Team Leader, you will train personnel, conduct inspections, manage safety, and support shift transitions. You will report on performance, coordinate with management, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a leadership or similar role.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and team-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train personnel to meet production and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure pallets meet customer specifications.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Help the team achieve daily production goals and prioritize tasks.
• Prepare and review reports; manage timekeeping and inventory.
