Job summary

TA Services is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator for first and second shifts in a fast-paced warehouse and office setting. You will enter inbound freight into the CDM system, verify BOL details, and coordinate with cross-dock teams to resolve inbound issues.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with Teams and shipping systems, and strong multitasking abilities. Benefits include PTO, paid vacation, insurance options, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations.
• Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials.
• Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams.
• Monitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issues.
• Scan "checked out" paperwork and file documentation appropriately.

• Overtime may be required for shift coverage or operational needs

Key Responsibilities

• Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations
• Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials

Pay/Benefits/Perks

• $18.20 + $3 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift
• Accrue up to five days PTO in first year
