Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (or until work is completed), with overtime opportunities. This role leads daily warehouse operations, oversees a team, and ensures accurate inventory management.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, an Associate degree in Logistics or related field, 3+ years in warehousing, and 1+ year in a lead role. Forklift certification and experience with WMS/barcode systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with WMS and barcode scanning systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervise and support warehouse associates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed.
