Job summary

TileBar is seeking an Assistant Department Manager for the Warehouse on 1st shift (8am-4:30pm) to lead daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. The role requires strong leadership, visibility into staffing, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have experience in warehouse management, familiarity with SAP/WMS, and a track record of driving process improvements while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Flex schedule including early mornings and late nights as required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA Standards knowledge and at least 2 years of warehouse operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day activities of the warehouse department, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Ensure accuracy of employee time records and approve within the allotted time frame.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure safety compliance with regulations and company policies.
