Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full-cycle recruiting function for hourly and salaried roles across multiple sites. You will coach a growing team, partner with HR and operations, and build proactive strategies to forecast workforce needs and improve candidate quality.

Responsibilities include vendor management, program oversight, KPI tracking, and leveraging data to drive hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 2–3 years leading recruiters and recruiting programs.
• Experience leading both high‑volume hourly recruiting and salaried or professional recruiting in a multi‑site environment.
• Proven success managing staffing vendors, recruiting partners, service expectations, and performance outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, employment practices, candidate experience, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technology.
• Demonstrated ability to use recruiting data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to improve hiring results.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence leaders, communicate clearly, and support change across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and leadership roles.
• Coach and develop recruiting team for results and service delivery.
• Partner with HR, operations, finance, and hiring leaders to forecast workforce needs.
• Build talent pipelines through sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and partnerships.
• Manage staffing vendors, agencies, job boards, recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools to meet goals.
• Oversee staffing vendor and early talent programs, including KPIs and ROI.
• Use recruiting analytics and stakeholder feedback to improve results.
• Track and report metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience.
• Own recruiting technology and selection processes to improve efficiency.
• Promote compliance and consistency across recruiting practices.
