Job summary

T. Parker Host is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to ensure the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP integration run efficiently. This on-site role requires regular presence in both the office and warehouse environments to troubleshoot issues, support operations, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience supporting WMS, ERP, or similar business systems; Infor WMS and NetSuite ERP experience preferred.
• Basic coding or scripting knowledge; ability to read and troubleshoot existing scripts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Triage and resolve system errors, failed transactions, and data discrepancies with root-cause analysis.
• Monitor integration between WMS and ERP to ensure timely data exchange.
• Investigate failed or delayed transactions; reconcile data discrepancies with IT/vendor help.
• Document business processes, dependencies, and recurring issues for troubleshooting.
• Serve as primary WMS contact for warehouse and admin teams.
• Maintain hands-on presence in warehouse operations to observe workflows and implement solutions.
• Identify recurring system challenges and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Develop and deliver training for new and existing team members; create onboarding materials.
• Create, update SOPs to ensure consistency in system usage.
• Coordinate system enhancements with internal and external teams; define project requirements.
• Evaluate opportunities for configuration changes or scripting; involve vendors when needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to align system capabilities with needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
