Job description

Base Pay Range

$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Work Environment: This role involves significant travel, requiring the willingness and ability to travel to client sites 50% or more of the time. When not on-site with a client, the position is remote.

We're looking for an analyst to join our client in a Full-Time capacity. This role is key to deploying, supporting, and managing an international WMS implementation. You'll be the crucial link between technical solutions and the warehouse, helping us maintain efficient and effective operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical Experience: At least 1 year of required experience (3 years preferred) working in depth with a WMS (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc)
• Warehouse Experience: Experience with warehouse/distribution operations and warehouse management systems (WMS) is required
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, workflows, and processes, coupled with excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication, interpersonal, conflict management, and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills are a must.
• Preferred Experience: Any work experience on the warehouse floor is a plus. Project management experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business needs into detailed technical and functional requirements.
• Oversee and execute key phases of the system development lifecycle, including training, implementation, and cutover for assigned application modules.
• Use your functional knowledge to design and customize workflow systems, ensuring seamless integration and a great experience for end users.
• Analyze current business processes to identify deficiencies, and then plan and coordinate the necessary corrections and enhancements with the IT team.
• Coordinate, implement, and communicate system change requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on new technology, processes, and procedures related to enterprise applications (WMS), educating others on workflows, business processes, and reporting metrics.
• Coach less-experienced analysts.
