Job summary

Excelligence Learning Corporation seeks a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Business Analyst to enhance warehouse technology and processes across our distribution operations. The role blends hands-on WMS expertise with a solid understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Direct experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• Hands-on experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Körber/HighJump, Oracle WMS, CORS, InfoShip, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Partner with warehouse/distribution leadership to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze processes including receiving, put-away, replenishment, inventory control, order allocation, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and accuracy through better processes and system use.
• Review metrics and workflow data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives involving warehouse processes and systems.
• Develop recommendations for system enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Support, configure, test, and improve warehouse system workflows across all functions.
• Coordinate testing and validation of new functionality and software upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues with Distribution Operations, IT, and vendors.
• Maintain system documentation.
