Job summary

Paxon is seeking an Operations Systems Planner to ensure the fulfillment center has system support, processes, and training to meet objectives. You will coordinate between systems, the center, and operations to develop functional requirements and process flows, prioritize delivery of new functionality, validate data integrity, and analyze KPIs for continual improvement.

You will work with WMS (Logiwa, Manhattan Active) and OMS (Pipe 17), interact with clients, assist in testing, and document

Qualifications

• Experience with Logiwa and Manhattan Active WMS AND Pipe 17 OMS reporting and troubleshooting preferred.
• 2-4 years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing with conveyor/automation.
• Strong Excel reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and launch WMS for new clients.
• Troubleshoot WMS/WCS issues with vendors and maintenance teams.
• Interact with clients on WMS/WCS needs and provide updates.
• Document system changes and root cause analyses.
• Create SOPs for system changes.
• Lead project work and client requests like promos and inventory checks.
