Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct daily warehouse operations at our Las Vegas store.

You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor with freight scheduling based on customer needs. You will lead safe, efficient processes, ensure training on SOPs, and coordinate with other departments to optimize shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure efficient manning and productivity.
• Maintain warehouse safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Train associates on SOPs and enforce discipline when needed.
• Coordinate with Receiving, Inventory Control, and other departments.
• Prepare activity reports and resolve discrepancies in shipping documents.
