Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in California to direct daily warehouse operations, oversee warehouse personnel, and ensure efficient shipping and receiving aligned with store needs.

You will manage scheduling, inventory control, and safety programs, while coordinating with other departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain accuracy of freight and paperwork.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain relationships with other departments.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving.
• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing and productivity.
• Maintain inventory control and storage of products.
• Oversee warehouse safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Prepare activity reports for management and resolve discrepancies in shipping and receiving paperwork.
