Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Las Vegas to direct daily warehouse operations across store locations. You will supervise warehouse specialists, order pickers and forklift operators, and support the Receiving Supervisor with freight scheduling to meet customer and inventory needs.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient equipment use, adherence to SOPs, and continuous process improvement while coordinating with other departments to optimize shipping, receiving and inventory

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective working relationships with other departments.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Competent in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory control.
• Responsible for Storage Buy transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate repairs; ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Oversee safety programs and training; enforce SOPs.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations.
• Prepare activity reports for management; track paperwork from Receiving to Inventory control.
• Resolve discrepancies with shipping documents and receiver reports.
