Carrier is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy in a multi-shift environment. You will manage receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping, while developing the team to achieve on-time material availability for production.

The role emphasizes safety, 5S discipline, and ERP/WMS transaction discipline, with opportunities to drive process improvements in a high-volume manufacturing or distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years warehouse or materials experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years leading a warehouse team.
• 3+ years ERP/WMS transactions and cycle counting.
• 3+ years OSHA/PIT forklift safety and 5S discipline.
• Availability to support a multi-shift operation, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, staging and shipping.
• Schedule, train and manage warehouse team performance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ERP/WMS discipline.
• Ensure on-time material availability to production.
• Keep storage areas 5S-compliant, organized and safe.
• Ensure forklift and material-handling safety per OSHA/PIT.
• Drive productivity, space utilization and process improvements.
• Resolve discrepancies and flow issues, escalate as needed.
