Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership across multiple shifts, set priorities, and ensure tasks meet customer expectations.
• Lead and coach warehouse team members with a hands-on management style.
• Oversee fabrication operations (roll shutters and roof pans) for quality and safety.
• Manage receiving, order fulfillment, loading, shipping for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery to support customer orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through controls and cycle counts.
• Order and monitor warehouse supplies; manage facility and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe work environment; uphold safety policies.
• Participate in budget planning and operate within approved expenses.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Set operational goals and monitor warehouse performance metrics.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive warehouse environment.
