Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a management or supervisory role.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision across multiple shifts, assigning work and priorities.
• Lead and manage warehouse team members with a coaching-oriented style.
• Oversee fabrication operations including roll shutters and roof pans for safety and productivity.
• Manage receiving, order fulfillment, loading and shipping for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate transportation and delivery to support customer orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via controls, cycle counts, and corrective actions.
• Order and monitor warehouse supplies and materials.
• Maintain facility and equipment, ensuring upkeep and readiness.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a safe work environment.
• Participate in budget planning and manage operations within expense parameters.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and quality.
• Set operational goals and performance metrics for warehouse effectiveness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive warehouse environment.
