Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience, associates degree or better preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Superior time management skills with the ability to manage multiple issues concurrently.
• Ability to lead effective and efficient meetings.
• Excellent employee relations skills, active listening, feedback and conflict resolution.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and outgoing shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Oversee employee performance and meet production goals.
