Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory, safe processes, and on-time material availability for production. The role requires managing a team across shifts and driving improvements in productivity and ERP/WMS transactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3+ years in warehouse, inventory or materials in manufacturing.
3+ years leading or managing a warehouse team.
3+ years ERP/WMS transactions, inventory control and cycle counting.
3+ years OSHA/PIT/forklift safety and 5S discipline.
Availability for multi-shift operation including weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

Manages daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, staging and shipping support.
Leads, schedules, trains and manages warehouse team performance.
Owns inventory accuracy, cycle-count execution and ERP/WMS discipline.
Ensures on-time material availability to support production plan.
Maintains organized, safe and 5S-compliant storage and staging areas.
Ensures safe operation of forklifts and material-handling equipment.
Drives productivity, space utilization and process improvements.
Resolves material discrepancies and flow issues; escalates as needed.
