Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping, and to supervise the team to ensure accuracy, efficiency and safety.

You will coach staff, maintain accurate paperwork, and collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues while supporting a competitive benefits package and a strong growth trajectory within a global organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• At least 3 years warehouse experience. Basic skill level.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration and operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping, and reporting.
• Direct and supervise warehouse staff and review procedures for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper reporting of all materials and supplies.
• Coach and mentor team members in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline Core Values.
• Maintain timely and accurate paperwork; support a safe work environment.
• Lead day-to-day activities and participate in hiring, firing, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues.
