Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work exp. 5–7 yrs in Manufacturing/RMA ops, preferably in medical devices.
• Proficient with PCs and SAP; comfortable with MS Office and MRP systems. QAD/Agile exp preferred.
• Proven track record as an effective supervisor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Kanban, kitting, and Lean material flow practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 3PL staffing meets ISI needs and follows procedures and production schedules.
• Maintain procedures for Receiving, Material Movement, Storage, Kitting, and Shipping roles.
• Maintain SOX/regulatory data accuracy for Inventory, Receiving, and Shipping.
• Analyze FG/NPI storage quantities and shipped material; drive Lean improvements.
• Lead Lean initiatives: capacity planning, waste elimination, supplier collaboration, and training.
